It’s fast, loud, unforgettable—and also completely overwhelming if you’re not prepared. As someone who fell face-first into more than a few rookie tourist traps, I’m here to help you skip the stress and get straight to the good stuff. Here are the biggest mistakes I made as a first-timer in NYC—and how you can do better. 1. Overplanning Every Minute Like It’s a Military Mission I had an Excel sheet with color codes.
